Mission:
To promote development in the Cockpit Country by implementing environmental conservation and alternative livelihood projects.

Vision:
To develope institutional capacity such that STEA is financially stable and can have a long-term environmental and community developement impact in Cockpit Country and its environs through discrete, integrated project activities in keeping with the mission of the organization
